Privacy statement
Last updated: 25 October 2026
This statement explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
Sypdev CommV, Floralienstraat 89/170, 1200 Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe, Belgium, VAT BE 0719.323.393, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at info@sypdev.com or +32 499 35 01 11.
The contact form
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, organisation, email address, the topic you chose and your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The website does not store your message. It is sent by email to our mailbox. We keep enquiries that do not lead to a contract for up to one year. If they do, they become part of the client file and we keep them for as long as the contract and the law require.
Server logs and spam protection
When you visit the website, the server records your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and the name and version of your browser. We use these logs to keep the website secure and working, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and delete them after 30 days.
To stop spam, the contact form counts messages per IP address for one hour.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact third parties. Only administrators who log in receive a session cookie, which is needed to keep them logged in.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell or share your data. It is processed only by the service providers that host the website (Hetzner Online GmbH, in data centres in the European Union) and deliver our email, on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and for a copy in a portable format. Write to info@sypdev.com; we answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
Changes
When our processing changes, we update this statement and the date at the top.
